Marvin Goldstein--highly acclaimed pianist, arranger and entertainer-began musical training at age 9. At 18 Marvin was awarded a music scholarship to Tel Aviv Univ. School of Music. He continued studies at the famed "Mozarteum" of Salzburg, Austria. He completed a Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at Florida State Univ. in Tallahassee, Florida, earning his performance degrees on the French Horn. Marvin is a three-time Listeners Choice Award winner from the LDS Booksellers Assoc. as the favorite instrumentalist. Marvin travels extensively sharing his gift of music. He has been a guest lecturer at Education Week on the BYU campuses in Provo, Hawaii and Idaho. He converted from Judaism to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on June 2, 1985, at the age of 35. Marvin and his wife, Lenae, have been married for 28 years and reside in Tallahassee, Florida. They have one son, Nicholas, age 18. Marvin and his family travel extensively sharing their testimony of Jesus Christ. He has recorded over 30 cassettes and compact discs, many on his own label. Eight productions have been recorded with full orchestra. Also, Marvin has arranged 14 piano solo arrangement books, including many sacred hymns. Marvin has the unique ability to translate his ideas and emotions through his abilities and love of music.
